We are insanely grateful for your support and we’ve seen so many memories captured by you in 2024, so we decided to make a recap of some of the best images.
Pardon us, but this is insane! Brandon was the creative and the photographer behind the shoot, and it is hard to believe it was shot on film!

A morning in the redwoods. Ryan told us how he went hunting out these light rays, and we find this shot mind-blowing. Shot on Kodak Portra 400 on Olympus OM-2.

Kevin frequently shows us bangers, but we just fell in love with b&w photo, shot on Cinestill Double X. There is just something melancholic in this image.

David had special Valentine’s Day mini-sessions in our studio and we just love this shot of him and his wife Natalie, so sleek. Shot on Portra 400.

Insanely cinematic images from Teri, who shoots up in Oregon and always stuns us with dramatic natural images. These two lovers captured on Portra 400.

A magnificent image by Joshua from Monument Valley on medium format Portra 400.
The colors, the detailing, our eyes are feasting!

What an image by Anastasiya! It’s giving old Hollywood glam for sure. Shot on Cinestill 800T.

This looks like petroglyphs or pre-historic graphics, but it is a shot on Ilford Delta 3200 that expired 20 years ago!

An image by Bao from our workshop “Monochrome Affair” with Kanya Iwana back in the spring. A great framing of two models on Kodak Tmax400.

Danielle always brings a vintage vibe to her imagery! And this one is paired with a stunning view of LA, how can we say no to this? On Portra 400.

Katia created something so bright and at the same time so feminine and soft, that this image stayed in our heart throughout the year. Captured on Cinestill 800T.

Does this image make you wanna jump into the car and go on an adventure trip with your friends? It sure does for us. We love the composition and the colors on this image from the Yosemite National Park, shot on Kodak Portra 400 on Yashica T4 Zoom.

Do we all dream of getting old in a place like that? Though we definitely can’t complain being in LA, Italian coast looks like a lot of fun!

Back in August we had a really nice photo hike with Ryan and our founder Alex in the picturesque area of Vasquez Rocks. A lot of movies were filmed there and this event definitely inspired us to shoot more. This image was taken on ProImage 100 on Olympus OM-2.

Kodak Vision3 500T is a newly added stock to our shop, and this image just sells it to us. The color saturation and the framed composition, no doubt, put this image in one of the best of the year!

Beautiful film shot by Taylor from Santa Cruz Broad walk makes us dream of long summer days and beautiful sunsets.

We love a good fashion shoot when it was masterfully executed!

Kodak Gold 200 was made for the dreamy landscape shots like this. And that pillow from clouds adds up to the coziness of the image.

We already featured this image, but it truly stayed with us throughout the year. Kodak Portra 400 delivered these beautiful colors during sunset, the greens and the oranges, we want to look at it non-stop.

Acros100 is not a film stock we see every day, but what is more important, is that image from a wedding that Teri shot in Sonoma is giving retro vibes.

Another rare sighting – Fujifilm Pro 400H and this stunning image by Ryan! These pastels, right???

There is something in this image: familiar, dreamy, simple, but inexplicable, that we had to choose it for this selection. Shot on Kodak Gold 200.

This is the only digital image, but we love it so much. Our store front at the “Playing with Light” gallery opening night, one of the great nights to remember.

Leo had this spooky idea for Halloween and he made it work so well on Lomo 800 film. His fiancé was a model and the whole set was shot at home. It is great to see that whatever idea you have, you don’t need expensive sets or a lot of people to make it happen. Leo also has some BTS videos on how he made it, so feel free to go here and watch!

Another big event for LA in 2024 and a couple of our customers went to the celebratory parade in DTLA, but we love this image by Nikki on Portra 400, and it’s a perfect shot to celebrate the Dodgers and the end of the year.

We expect 2025 to be as fruitful on amazing images and beautiful events as the passing year.
Until the next one,
35M Pro.
